Recruitment
Professional recruitment support shaped around the specific workforce requirements of overseas employers.
Operation method
Understanding needs. Finding the right people.
We work closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements and build an effective recruitment process around them.
Understand Your Needs
We study the client’s requirements, discuss details with its representatives and, where needed, arrange formal discussions to gain a complete understanding of the assignment.
Evaluate Personnel
We check our network and database for available personnel, advertising or conducting a targeted search where required to meet precise specifications.
Shortlist & Select
We review CVs and biodata, interview and shortlist candidates by merit, and forward final shortlisted profiles to the employer for selection.
A considered process
Matching people to the right opportunity.
Our executive team maintains an updated database of available personnel and receives feedback from its recruitment network. To widen the available choice or identify candidates for a specific requirement, we may use media advertising or targeted recruitment methods.
We examine candidate resumes and biodata, analyse the job specification in depth and seek to match the employer’s needs with the candidate’s skills and suitability. This careful approach helps reduce the risk of a mismatch and supports a stronger employer–employee relationship.
